LIMITED
WARRANTY
RackLogic
Technologies, Inc. warrants its products to be free
from defect in materials and workmanship for a period
of a year or manufacture warranty. During this period
RackLogic will repair and or replace components
that prove to be defective.
This
limited warranty shall not apply to a product that
has been damaged by unreasonable use, i.e accident,
negligence, service or modification by anyone other
than RackLogic factory authorized technical person
or by any other causes unrelated to defective materials
or workmanship.

WARRANTY
SERVICE
Should
a product require service during the warranty period,
please call the RackLogic Customer Service Department
to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number. When calling to request an RMA number please
have the following information:
1.
Original invoice number and customer
2. Products must be in original box and in re-saleable
condition
3. Copy of the original invoice required
4. No missing parts
A credit memo will be issued within 14 days after the Accounting Department and Sales Department Manager have approved your return. Should you decide after 30 days to return the products, a 20% restocking fee and current market value will be applied to the original invoice.

RETURN
FOR CREDIT
Also,
customers can return products for credit within
thirty (30) days from the date of invoice subject
to the following:
1.
Sales department approval
2. Products must be in original box and in re-saleable
condition
3. Original invoice copy
4. No missing parts

SHIPPING
INSTRUCTIONS
Once
you are ready to ship (or deliver) the product back
to RackLogic, the following must be done:
1.
Clearly mark the RMA# on the shipping box
2. Provide a proof of purchase by invoice copy with
the appropriate item circled.
3. A written description of the problem must be
attached to the returned product.
4. Each product should be securely packed in its
original container or equivalent.
Products
are to be shipped FREIGHT PREPAID to RackLogic Technologies
Inc. within 7 days of receiving the RMA#. Returned
products must be sent to RackLogic Technologies,
Inc. 45535 Northport Loop East Fremont CA, 94538.
In order to prevent excessive use or disputes use
the RMA#, RackLogic will charge a minimum of $50/hr
labor fee as well as the cost of freight back to
customer if the product is found to be non-defective
or there were no problem descriptions attached to
the product.
